Learn how children’s books are really made (what they don’t tell you in school). If time allows I am hoping to do an animation in july and august. In the meantime I’ve been putting together some storyboard ideas like this for it.
Last of these angular sketches from my to-do wall. Originally a sketch for Nobrow #2 from a few years back.
Don’t make eye contact! This image started out as 11 blobs of color that were made into characters and a vague story line as I painted.
Started a spring update of my website in anticipation of finally getting around to sending a promo. This is the reverse side of the promo.
Troll! Another oldie from the to-do wall refinished.
St George and the Dragon / Another long term resident from my to-do wall.
This is vector drawing based on a sketch that has been taped up on my to-do wall for years! (many, many years)
Finally figured out a way to do it I liked, I’ve been doing some vector logo stuff for our studio, randmcollective.com, and had fun with it so trying some more.
Painting at the Comic Expo (ACAD booth).
Who will win out, carrot blast or honey beam.
Some of the stuff I will be adding to my portfolio real soon. www.wronghand.com
